目前建材CE認證的現行法規為CPR，CPR（RETULATION （EU） No 305/2011 – CPR）是2011年3月9日歐盟頒布了新的建筑產品法規，取代了舊的建筑產品指令（89/106/EEC – CPD），并通告CPR將于2013年7月進入強制執行階段。板材屬于CE認證中建材指令范圍，需要根據該法規進行認證。
